Story of the Process....
"After
formation of Emaish Agro Food LLP, providing pure, natural
and chemical free healthy Mustard oil to the people was the next task.
It all started with, signing of the
MOUs with the farmers, this has bonded us in an agreement towards the way of growing mustard
seeds in the farms, that too without the use of harmful fertilizers, pesticides,
herbicides etc. During the time when all these elements are normally used in
the farms, every farmer is accompanied by EFC (Emaish
Farmer Counselor) who takes care of all the requirements. This process assure
chemical free mustard seeds for the next level.
For Oil Extraction,
we have adopted the traditional process with modern machine to give the best of
product without losing any nutrients. The latest machinery is customized with
the wooden part both the crushing tub as well as the crusher, as it used to be
during bullock wooden kohlu.
The oil
extraction through this process assures natural and pure oil in its original
form. We at Emaish do not use any mechanical process of filtration to avoid any
risk with the quality of the oil and thus uses traditional method of settling
the impurities by their own thus offering the product as Non-Fortified and best
of the Health".
Emaish Agro Food
LLP's approach to producing mustard oil is commendable for its dedication
to purity, natural processes, and sustainability. This method not only supports
environmental health but also promotes the well-being of consumers by providing
them with a chemical-free product. Let's break down their approach and its
benefits:
1. Collaboration with Farmers
MOU with
Farmers: By signing memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with farmers, Emaish
Agro Food LLP creates a bond and a commitment to sustainable agriculture
practices. This ensures that the mustard seeds are grown without harmful
chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides.
Emaish Farmer Counselor (EFC): The introduction of an EFC to
accompany each farmer is a proactive step towards ensuring adherence to organic
farming practices. This direct oversight helps in maintaining the purity of the
mustard seeds.
2. Chemical-Free Mustard Seeds
The absence
of harmful chemicals in the growing process of mustard seeds is crucial. It not
only ensures the health and safety of consumers but also benefits the
environment by reducing pollution and preserving biodiversity in the farming
areas.
3. Traditional Extraction Process with Modern Machinery
Modernized
Traditional Methods: Adopting a traditional oil extraction process modernized
with machinery ensures that the oil retains its nutrients. This blend of old
and new techniques is innovative, allowing for efficiency without compromising
on quality.
Wooden
Components in Machinery: Using wooden parts in the machinery, akin to the traditional
bullock-operated wooden kohlu, is particularly noteworthy. Wood is known for
not reacting with the oil, thereby ensuring that the oil's purity and flavor
remain intact.
4. Natural Filtration Method
Non-Mechanical
Filtration: Opting for a traditional method of allowing impurities to settle
naturally emphasizes Emaish's commitment to maintaining the oil's quality. This
approach avoids the risk of contamination or loss of nutritional value that
might come with mechanical filtration processes.
5. Offering Non-Fortified, Pure Oil
By ensuring
the product is non-fortified, Emaish guarantees that the mustard oil is
presented to consumers in its most natural and beneficial form. This aligns
with the increasing consumer demand for unprocessed and minimally treated food
products.
Emaish Agro Food LLP's approach to mustard oil production is a model of how traditional practices can be integrated with modern technology to produce healthful, natural products. Their commitment to sustainability, chemical-free farming, and natural processing methods not only benefits consumers but also supports a healthier environment. This initiative could serve as an inspiration for other agribusinesses aiming to combine traditional knowledge with contemporary technology to offer pure and natural food products.
